Pros: Location right off the interstate.
Cons: Security. There was a strange woman in the laundry facility room which had no light and possibly no secured door.
The room was clean but the bed had an extremely firm mattress and there were only 2 pillows which didn't provide much support for our heads while sleeping.

This motel is due for a makeover. And by makeover I mean bring in the bulldozers! State of the art in 1981 perhaps. Everything about it warranted a $40/night rate. Or simply hourly.

Spider webs, smoke odor, & worse!Posted Oct 12, 2015
-Non-smoking room that wreaked of smoke. -Spider webs in every corner. -Dirty floors. -A shower door that did not latch shut. -What appeared to be blood on the leather chair. -A barking dog in the room next door. This is the 2nd time that we've stayed at a Motel 6 in 3 months. This stay was even worse than the first, & I will not be giving the chain a 3rd chance. Yes, I understand the rates are cheap, but all I'm asking for is a non-smoking room that is just that (& does not wreak of smoke) & a room that has been well-cleaned! I got neither & I also had to listen to a dog bark for an hour.

Awful Hotel for many reasonsPosted Oct 12, 2015
Pros: Location off the freeway.
Cons: Teach the staff about customer service.
The desk clerk couldn't find our Expedia reservation and when she did, blamed it on me. The toilet paper had mold on it. The beds were painful. At 8am on Sunday morning, the cleaning staff was going around pounding on door relentlessly. I thought our room was being raided. I had to yell 4 times that I was still sleeping before they moved on to the next door.

Beds hard and room tiny. Would've liked to have been able to play games in our room.

I visit a variety of town during our racing season, visits are simply meant to be convenient, safe, a comfortable bed and warm shower. I really don't ask for much :-) Thanks

Great MotelPosted Aug 26, 2015
We lost our power for a day and had little money. We were able to get a room immediately and had all the amenities to get us through while we waited for the electric company repaired our power problem. I can't say enough about their great business and comfortable rooms.

Stay somewhere else!Posted Aug 24, 2015
Pros: The front desk people were very nice and polite but you always had to ring the buzzer to get someone to come to the desk.
Cons: Tear it down and rebuild
Location: Close to many attractions in Oshkosh. Easy to get on and off HWY 41.
I picked this motel because of how inexpensive it was. I now know why it is so cheap. It is very dated, dirty, and unappealing. We had no toilet paper or tissues in the bathroom when we checked in. When we asked the maid for toilet paper, he said we were only allowed one roll. We had four people staying in the room so one roll of TP is not sufficient. We ended up stealing TP off the maid cart when they were in a room cleaning.
