The rooms was filthy.no ole to hang clothes, the coffee pot still had the used pod in it, the tub had no drain plug, the carpet was stained, the corners in the bathroom were filthy, the nightstand had sticky stuff on it , the stair car was filthy. Also the breakfast was terrible. It had , waffles, bagels , bread and cereal. The pan for hot food was totally empty.
My room was clean. Did hear another guest complain about their room being dirty. It was hot. The air conditioner was plugged into a surge suppressor that was being used as an extension cord. The air conditioner was small for the room and outside temps. It ran the whole day and night to keep up. The next day, temps were lower and it did ok keeping up. The carpet in the hallway and stairs was older. There was no elevator.
Stained bed sheets and pillow cases and towels.Really dirty room.I was there 3 days-never any room service,even after I requested it.Eggs cold three days in a row.TV no local channels.Nobody to check me out at 6:30AM.

The hotel was grungy, seemed kinda clean but towels, for example, were very well worn. TV did not work well, and AC was an Home Depot window ac that was under powered for the room. The biggest issue was they “lost” my reservation and tried to charge me current rate which was $250 an night. I was not the only one many people were complaining in the EAA chat. Don’t waste your money.
This is one sketchy joint - only reason to stay here is when you want to attend the EAA airshow in Oshkosh and there is no other place to stay.

TV- no remote or antenna coax and staff didn't fix so we had no working TV. Reserved 1 king sized bed, got 2 full sized. Wife & I had to sleep on different beds.
Room had an unpleasant odor. Coffee pot with no coffee available, no tissue in dispenser, shampoo insignificant size too small, only one wash cloth for 2 people. Bathroom looked dirty. Ice machine out of order. Morning breakfast: black bananas, moldy oranges, hard bagels, no creamer. Chose not to eat there. Would not choose Quality Inn in the future.
My room was absolutely disgusting. I have never been in a worse hotel. The room smelled like wet dog. The a/c was broken. The tv was broken. The phone line attached to the room phone- was literally cut in half. The bathroom could not have been more filthy. What a waste of money. I could have slept in my car & had a better experience.
Tv wouldn't work in room girl came to check couldn't fix it said would move me next day she didn't. Hair all over bath tub. Empty Walmart bags on floor side of bed. Couldn't find anyone at check out when i did 15 min later he couldn't care less. Door was supposed to be unlocked at 5am at 6:15 still wasn't
upon arrival sign stated under new ownership. front desk person was totally incompetent. door key doesnt work, no towels, tv remotes in the room. room was filthy.
The hotel room wasn't very clean. There were specs of garbage on the carpet. Specs in the sink & bathtub. A lot of dust on the bedframes & on the sofa chair. The window was also open, it's winter...
My room was so disgusting I would not even take a shower. The bedding was gross and did not look clean and the chair that was in the room was dirty, I would not sit on it. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
The hotel is broken down and dirty. Our bathroom had mold on the curtain and tile, carpeting is stained, walls are chipped, vending machines are missing. Would not recommend!
I am used to staying in sketchy hotels, but I have never experienced anything like this. OUR SHEETS HAD BLOOD ON THEM and there was a plastic bagged taped to the ceiling where the smoke detector was suppose to be. When I requested a different room, they told me there were no other rooms available. I then asked for a change of sheets and they said “I’d have to gather the sheets and we are already low on King size sheets.” Completely unacceptable and a TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.
Absolutely terrible. Dirty room, no comforter on the bed, no bath towels, no housekeeping on duty for 2 days. anyone Could access the hotel anytime by getting into the doors without a key card. Broken door handle to exterior door to get in. No breakfast. Random person sleeping in the lobby with all the lights off in the middle of the night. Fitness center wasn’t open at 6am like it was supposed to be. Wholes in the drywall with hot wires exposed. The worst experience I’ve ever had. A simple clean room with basic necessities is all we wanted and paid for. We will never use Quality Inn ever again.
Where do you want to start! There was no housekeeping staff, the room was dirty, the floor was not vacuumed, the bedding was not changed, had to ask for clean towels. They kept telling us our room was going to get cleaned and it was not.

Sold off our room and we didn’t find out until we arrived. No one reached out to let us know that the room we reserved was no longer available. We arrived at 11:00 pm and that’s when we were notified. So we had to find a new place to stay that late in the evening. Wasn’t impressed…
The building from the outside looked okay. The inside of the building shows it's age. It needs to be renovated. Old curtains hanging up, walls are marked up where furniture was before. The bathroom was the worat part, with a very dated bathtub, some mold in the grout, a toilet handle that doesnt work the best and a very loud , old exhaust fan.
This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed! You cannot control the temperature in your room, the cable and internet did not work, towels thin and with holes, dirty walls, dirty headboards, not vacuumed, mold in the shower, no hair dryer or iron and I have picture. No help or resolution from front desk and you have to wait until your stay is complete to complain to Choice customer relations. No moving to another room or even offered to have it cleaned again. Rated good 7/10 on hotels site. They need to rethink this place being on their site. Covid cleaning listed on the site, not even minimal cleaning. The only thing clean was the linens! The towels, most people would use as rags at hone.
Arrived to a confirmed room only to find out I didn’t have a room. Only room they could offer was one without bathroom as door was locked. Management over booked hotel and allowed stay overs which bumped my reservation leaving me stranded
We arrived at 2:50. Clerk would not check us in until 3:00. Then we had to wait in line with other arrivals. Not very clean. Had a King room, but only one washcloth and towel for 2 people. TV didn't work. Continental breakfast was poor. Dough to make waffles, but no maple syrup, etc.
