No Quality inn

Posted May 26, 2015 on Hotels
Sink didn't work, plunger for plugging sink didn't work, was trying to wash wet socks and let them dry for tomorrow. Anyway, they wouldn't get me another room with a working sink. Front desk person was like the person who rear ended your car and claimed you slammed on your breaks. Rapid fire excuses and lies mixed with wild stories. Contacted hotels.com and hopefully the will credit this back as I couldn't cancel the room. Hotels.com customer support and their managers were available to help unlike Quality Inn manager. Breakfast at this location is basically scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy. No sausages, ham or any other meat product. No ketchup and or hot sauce either. If you don't care about this, your better staying at the cheaper holiday inn and save the 12 dollars for continental breakfast or use the 12 dollars for a normal breakfast. The holiday inn also had a pool. The Quality inn just has a lobby and no cable. No sports channels. Again, there are cheaper hotels with more amenities. This hotel is basically an overflow hotel, only use if others are booked. In short, spend less and get more elsewhere, or spend a little more and get a better hotel. This hotel was the last of 5 hotels I stayed at for a 6 day motorcycle trip. I am 100% confident that this was the worst of the 5 and I'll never stay at this hotel or possibly Quality Inn ever.

Luxury Room for a Bargain Price

Posted May 26, 2015 on Hotels
I really have nothing negative to say about this hotel. It has been remodeled in the last few months. The rooms are beautiful, and the beds and pillows were among the best I've ever had in a motel/hotel. If I had anything to say to the contrary, the room was a little smaller than I would have liked (but that certainly wasn't a problem) and even though the breakfast was very nice, they had exactly the some thing each day. Again, a very minor preference. The staff was exceptional, and I will definitely stay there again!

Great place, Great people

Posted May 23, 2015
I have stayed here a few days a week for the last 3 months while in the process of relocating Appleton. This is by far the best hotel in the area for extended stay and I have tried others. Great price, people, and a clean room. They even cook or order out for you on Wednesday nights!

One night for sporting event

Recently remodeled, hot/cold opposite on faucet and the parking lot was in rough shape but the hotel is conveniently located, the room was clean, beds were comfortable and the staff were very friendly.

A hit with me!

Posted May 13, 2015 on Hotels
I make several trips to Appleton a year to visit family and have traditionally stayed at hotels right by Fox River Mall and paid much more money. Quality Inn is my new "go to" hotel. It is clean, updated, has helpful, friendly staff and a good breakfast.

Checked in about 7:30pm. Attendant at desk was very polite and helpful as we had to have another room because of having a dog with us. Had wonderful breakfast.
