The only thing was parking. I feel parking should be free when staytng at hotel. Charge it as part of the room fee, I don't know, just do not charge as an extra fee. Otherwise stay was great!

Bedding was SUPER uncomfortable, felt like it was starched way too much or something. Had to go out and buy a blanket just to sleep comfortably. No A/C in the room, was pretty toasty. Visibly noticeable paint chipping, stuff on ceiling, pool bottom looked like it needed to be clean. Staffing was good, but when asked questions was left confused. Definitely not family friendly, more so for business work trip. Nice bars, painting pottery, and icecream shop on the same street. 10 minutes to all the main attractions. Neighbors were slamming doors all night, hard to sleep. Bathroom had visibly noticing scuffs/chipping, VERY LOW TOILETS!

Hotel in good area . Lots of walkable places to dine and drink at. Front desk staff was wonder and very helpful. The Club, bar/pub was sub par. They have a cocktail menu but couldn't make any of them. Bartender said they didn't have the ingredients. Their Whiskey bar is only open Monday thru Thursday. We were there on Thursday. The signs in the elevator said they were open til 10. We walk in at 8:30 bartender said sorry she closing. So on site stuff not so good. But their is a Starbucks!!

It is a convenient location. Parking was easy. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The toilet ran, the bathroom fan was ridiculously loud, as was the heat. Street noise was audible.

The only thing I have to complain about this property is the mattress, way too firm. Felt like we were sleeping on a concrete surface without any padding which is horrible if you have fibromyalgia.

Our hotel was wonderful clean easy check-in. Unfortunately the restaurant Lombardi they have on their facility is absolutely horrible. Wouldn’t recommend that place to anyone. Thank you.

I thought it was a pretty nice place to stay, other than the housekeeping never came back and brought us towels that we asked them for, The rooms were very warm and it would not cool down so it was hard to sleep and the beds were so hard. I had to go get fans just to sleep. I paid for 2 nights but left the next day as I couldn’t sleep on that room again, I told the receptionist about it and they didn’t do anything, Don’t think I will be staying again.

Nice stay. Huge place! Went for a music event and it was great. Lots of food options in and around the hotel. Comfy beds, clean rooms, friendly staff. Right in downtown Appleton so you can walk anywhere to shops, dining, etc.

I did not like that they did not provide any type of complimentary breakfast. For the price you pay even something small or free coffee in the lobby would have been nice.

This is a bad Hotel. I am sure this is a busy weekend but let’s start. Phone in room not working Bedding dirty nasty dirty! Room booked for 4 people no roll out bed as advertised No bedding in house after housekeeping leaves for the weekend so even though I had a roll Not enough towels for two let alone 4 Room is gross like nasty stuff on walls carpet ect Elevator well they have 3 that I can find one is to a separate part of hotel two to the main part I think honestly the layout is confusing at first I had to purchase an inflatable mattress and I can’t get blankets for them to stay warm under. Thanks Hilton. Just kidding this sucks very bad and I hate it very much.

My opinion. This place shouldn’t have the Hilton name on it. Mediocre at best. The elevators look like they’re from a 60’s. The “newly remodeled “ rooms look like a 3rd grade industrial arts class did the taping, muddying, trim and room painting. The ac/heat vent was definitely from the 60s. Painted 25 times bent and poor condition. And the clicking horrible noice from the fan on low speed coming out of that vent was loud and annoying! 3/4” gap under the door. And I ordered room service and after 1 hour and 30 minutes and 5 calls to the front desk and restaurant they made me a new breakfast forgetting the sausage in the BYO omelet. And I received my breakfast at noon when I ordered it before 10am. I have the receipt on my phone for order, time and bill!! Do you tell me? How was my stay!!
