I’d rather sleep on the street

Location was the only think this hotel had as a positive. Lobby was dirty, at 5pm local time our room had been given away and they offer us blankets to sleep in the lobby if we paid 60% of the room cost, the WiFi was not available and the place had a bad odor. The parking was limited which could be associated with their overbook but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I wanted to keep an association with.

there are two good things staff and quietness

Pros: they don't take care of the hotel, everything is old and needs to be changed. the only good thing about this hotel is helpful staff and its quietness
Cons: Everything
I booked two rooms the first room had a non-working T.V and a very bad smell from the bathroom they changed it for me to another room that had a bathroom with a blocked toilet but without smell! Water pressure is very weak you can't enjoy a shower. Breakfast bufeat is boiled eggs, tommatos and humos!!!!. Furniture is very old and needs to be changed

No-go | Chauvinistic, overbearing, invasive staff

My girlfriend and I where dismissed and denied our room booked through Expedia by inappropriately acting, intrusive and intimidating check-in staff because we would not provide a marriage certificate. The guy slouching on the office chair at the check-in did not care at all about us for the first 10 minutes. When he finally rolled over he put on a disgusting smirk and looked up and down first my girlfriend then me. With a tone, half condescending half flirty, he then asked my girlfriend why she was not wearing a wedding ring. The note that his behavior and gesture was unappropriated was plainly ignored. Instead he further tried to inflict his mid-eval societal views on us and lectured that he does not approve having non-married guests and asked smugly if we could provide our family book (seriously?). We told him to get his manager, which he did after we got the attention of the other guests around. The manager tried to calm things down, excused and provided a hasty explanation: non-married guest cannot share rooms according to law. This however was neither mention in the terms and condition when we booked on Expedia nor could he provide proof. We felt mistreated, humiliated and let down and declined the offer to take two separate rooms (and pay for it). We left on the spot and went to an expensive 5 star hotel (def. worth it). I urgently advice to not visit Bedouin Garden Village. Absolute no-go.

Rooms not available despite booking...

We booked 2 rooms to accommodate 4 adults and 4 kids. After arriving on site, we were informed that the rooms were not available despite our reservation.... After lengthy and useless negotiations, we had no other choice than finding another hotel on the spot by ourselves. This was during the Hegira week-end, meaning all hotels were full. It was just a nightmare. Very unprofessional service. Swimming pool is very very small and dirty.

Great Location and European Hostel Feel

Great location by the beach, cool vibe and people!

Pros: Great location, friendly staff, cool vibe, good A/C.
Cons: The place was a bit run down but had a great vibe and we had a good time for sure.
Location: Swimming and snorkeling!
We had a great stay. The room was comfortable but a but run down. Great location close to the beach and coral reef snorkeling.
