Nice hotel

We previously stayed at the Radisson/Tala Bay, which was really nice. I was told the Kempinski would even be better. On the positive side, the Kempinski is in the city, so you are close to many restaurants (when we stayed in Tala Bay, we had to drive 20 min each way to go to the downtown). That's a big advantage. On the other hand, the Kempinski has a small beach front with almost no marine creatures (I loved snorkeling in Tala Bay; barely say any fish when I snorkeled in front of the Kempinski). All rooms in the Kempinski are sea view. If you prefer not to pay for the expensive hotel food and you care to eat good food every day, I'd stay at the Kempinski; if you care more for water activities, snorkeling, etc., I'd stay in Tala Bay (Radisson or Movenpick, which I am yet to try).

Luxury hotel, close to beach

Pros: beach, pool, view of the room, cleaning, services, all things.
Cons: Just to always improve the hotel
Location: The hotel very well located at city center, near all what you need, restaurants, coffee shops, shops, markets....
Kempinski aqaba very wonderful , all rooms with sea view with luxury view, you can't find other hotel with that view, the room very comfortable, clean, and wide, the minibar free, the air-condition work well, the view from the room fantastic, really you can't see like the view of kempinski, amazing view !!. and the service very good, the pool , clean and nice beach... everything i like in this awesome hotel. the location is the most important also for this hotel, it located at the center of aqaba . always i choose this hotel when i stay at aqaba, recommended stay 2-3 nights.

The Staff is great , I would like to thank the safe gurad "Khalid" at the pool who in few seconds rescued an old woman who can't swim and fall into the pool , amazing The pool are good , but the temperature of the pools are not as expected , they should be heated to a standard level The sandy beach was very nice , the kids enjoyed it the complementary items at the rooms were not being renewed or refilled , which is strange overall good place to be with the family for few days as the area is limited

A/C was not working

Pros: Excellent view of the sea Wonderful Breakfast selection
Cons: Room temperature
A/C was not working, called maintenance but he did not even try to fix it, he just told me to open the door to cool the room!!!! I was too tired to argue with him.

wonderful stay

Pros: -all the rooms are sea view so you can choose the room that suit you.
Cons: -heater for the swimming pool specially in winter
Location: -location of the hotel is perfect 5 min walk to downtown
