Luxury hotel, close to beach

Pros: beach, pool, view of the room, cleaning, services, all things.
Cons: Just to always improve the hotel
Location: The hotel very well located at city center, near all what you need, restaurants, coffee shops, shops, markets....
Kempinski aqaba very wonderful , all rooms with sea view with luxury view, you can't find other hotel with that view, the room very comfortable, clean, and wide, the minibar free, the air-condition work well, the view from the room fantastic, really you can't see like the view of kempinski, amazing view !!. and the service very good, the pool , clean and nice beach... everything i like in this awesome hotel. the location is the most important also for this hotel, it located at the center of aqaba . always i choose this hotel when i stay at aqaba, recommended stay 2-3 nights.

A/C was not working

Pros: Excellent view of the sea Wonderful Breakfast selection
Cons: Room temperature
A/C was not working, called maintenance but he did not even try to fix it, he just told me to open the door to cool the room!!!! I was too tired to argue with him.

wonderful stay

Pros: -all the rooms are sea view so you can choose the room that suit you.
Cons: -heater for the swimming pool specially in winter
Location: -location of the hotel is perfect 5 min walk to downtown

Excellent hotel and beautiful location

You can't go wrong with this hotel. It is a great mix of being on the beach in relaxing secluded location, while at the same time, close enough to walk to the city for dinner. It's really good for everyone. You get your own private beach, excellent pool, good location, and the company they work with for water adventures (Sindibad) is great quality for scuba, jet ski, ect. The drinks at the pool bar are a bit overpriced, but again, you really can't go wrong overall with this hotel. Good spa/massage service. Front desk was helpful. They even sent me a cake to my room on my birthday.

not for families and children

this hotel is great for couples , not that good for children and families, its laking a lot of children facilities like clubs, and the pools the not that fun for children. the hotel has too much restrictions regarding pools, food entering, car parking (only made by staff if inside parking) and a body search on every entering to the hotel ... well for me it defiantly took a lot of the pleasure I expected in such expensive hotel.
