Very average hotel

At arrival the room was not ready and they asked us to come back at 4pm to check in. We returned back at 4pm and the room was not ready and the service at the reception was terribly slow due to what they claimed "system down". I ccould see the frustration in many guests faces. Finally we got the room at 4:30pm but unfortunately the room was not clean. I could see many marks on the bed sheets and pillows. The curtain was discusting like they have never cleaned it. The overall cleanliness of the room was unsatisfactory and far from all other 5 stars hotel we have used in the past.

Pros: Location
Cons: Welcoming drink for guests, inspecting the rooms before delivery, fast response to clients’ requests (which is basic and should be available)
Disappointed with the quality of service and condition of the rooms, which were not inspected before out accommodations (AC was not working, doors do not lock). The treatment and service delivered were below the expectations of five starts hotel. I will not come back again and for sure will not recommend for others.

Nice hotel near the beach

Pros: Comfortable food with lovely sea view.
Location: There are plenty of things to see in Akaba. We spent a lovely day on the beach.
We were very comfortable for our two night stay. Staff were helpful and restaurant was good. We enjoyed beach, pool and spa.

Truly exceptional hotel

Pros: The down blanket and down pillows were just what I needed for a good night's rest. Even the corners of the rooms were clean. Dual pane windows.
Location: it is right by the dead sea and they have their own private beach. Lots of shopping within walking distance.
I wish I could have stayed for more than one night. It was a late booking and the hotel did not have a standard non smoking room available, so they gave me a one bedroom suite with an ocean view. That's great customer service!

I had read some bad reviews, but I did not experience anything but good service, good food, good environment. All of the staff were very professional. I am a smoker and had a smoking room, but the room was fresh. No issues. The airport shuttle was convenient.

Two night stay in Aqaba.

The hotel lobby and the pools are great. The downside are the room and the beach. The drainage runoff to the side of the beach is an eyesore. The view from the room was excellent, but the furniture was worn. It was not the experience I expected.

Front desk started to check us in, called another employee to assist, another client arrived at the desk, we were left until he completed the check in with the client that arrived after us. We were put in a smoking room, front desk stated that the ashtrays were a mistake yet the hallways had multiple ashtrays. We were given no resort information with our check in, breakfast cloth chairs in restaurant showing wear, soiled, multiple pools, beautiful gardens.
