Front desk started to check us in, called another employee to assist, another client arrived at the desk, we were left until he completed the check in with the client that arrived after us. We were put in a smoking room, front desk stated that the ashtrays were a mistake yet the hallways had multiple ashtrays. We were given no resort information with our check in, breakfast cloth chairs in restaurant showing wear, soiled, multiple pools, beautiful gardens.
