“- Zimmer alt und renovierungsbedürftig - Frühstück sehr einfach - Service gab sich Mühe - schöne Außenanlage - preislich für 1 Nacht mit 85 Euro überzogen - Adresse von Expedia völlig falsch, Unterkunft ist nicht im Altstadtkern von Pelekas, sondern 30 min Fusweg zum Strand - für Wanderer auf dem Corfutrail nicht empfehlenswert ”

“Lovely hotel, had breakfast every day which had a superb selection. We also ate at the hotel on some of the evenings and the again the food was excellent. The staff are all very nice and friendly, the manager recognised us from our first day and always came over to talk to us, as did the head barman. The lady who manned the front desk was very friendly and always helpful.”

“This was the most fabulous place to stay in Corfu. Marios and Barbara were so, so helpful and kind to us. The room was perfectly furnished, immaculately clean and secured well with a passcode and key. Breakfast was so lovely each morning! We came as a group of 9 girls and Marios was able to help us find good places to shop, eat, transport services and always answered our texts when there was a problem. Being right beside the beach in such a tranquil location and only a 10/15 minute bus from Old……

“Nach Wunsch wurde das Zimmer immer gereinigt. Das Inventar sowie Sanitär ist alt, aber wird sauber gehalten. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war vielseitig. Der Strandblick war wunderschön, nur für die Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm musste man zahlen. Für 2x Liegestühle + 1x Sonnenschirm waren es 20€.”

“Spacious room and having a pool is the strong points. A little way from town center though public bus frequency is acceptable.”

“Ionian Arches is a really well located, clean, family run place. The photos on the listing definitely glamorise it a bit - e.g we chose a superior room with garden view, which actually looked out onto the driveway and some plants. We were also a bit disappointed to find our breakfast is only offered in the summer - June onwards - but luckily there are lots of cafes in walking distance. Our shower also didn’t work great due to the water coming out in one pressurised stream from the middle. But……

“Die Zimmer waren äußerst sauber. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich. Frühstück war immer frisch und reichlich. Die beiden Restaurants sind sehr hübsch, das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr zuvorkommend. Bei Fragen zu Gerichten wird versucht, das Gericht zu erklären. Wenn man allerdings länger als eine Woche im Hotel verbringt, wäre es gut, wenn die Speisekarte der Halbpension wechseln würde. Bei der morgendlichen Frage nach dem Restaurant fürs Abendessen, wird jeden Tag aufs neue versucht die……
