We arrived at the hotel having driven from London. Katy Delfont and her team at reception managed to organise all our passes, equipment hire and lessons within an hour, despite it being a Sunday evening. She really went above and beyond to help us and we cannot thank her enough. The hotel is ‘ski ...

We stayed for two nights and the hotel was welcoming, the room cosy and clean. After supper in the village we tried to get a drink at the bar but this seemed a problem for the barman so we gave up. Breakfast was great with plenty of Fresh choices. All staff (barman aside) were very friendly and ...
We were upgraded to the Carolina which is the sister hotel. Having stayed at Beaulieu the previous winter, I can say that the rooms are essentially identical. The only benefit of Carolina is that the pool is in the same building. The hotel is cozy, rooms are small, location is great. All in all this ...

Nice, clean and well equipped apartment, especially kitchen (everything you may need even salad spinner and lemon juicer), but no windows in the bedroom It is not really a 4 star hotel, it is more like a self-catering apartment with a concierge and spa. Overpriced. We didn't notice any signs of 4* ...
Good location in the centre of Thones with nice shops and restaurants on the doorstep. However noisy late at night because of party in adjacent building. Excellent hotel restaurant, seemingly used by locals. Good value for money.
Generally, it is a good place. However, the room was rather basic with a little amenities. The weaker point was the service - it was not too friendly. The restaurant is OK.
Lovely 5 day stay. If not eating in the hotel be sure to book a restaurant in town over the weekend as it gets very booked up.

Comfortable hotel with everything you need for a holiday in Grand Bornand. I like the outdoor jacuzzi after a days skiing . Good buffet breakfast too.

Great location Great Service Clean and Comfortable room.
Stayed at the Carlina having previously stayed at its sister hotel next door, the Beaulieu. We chose the hotel because it had a good inside pool. The rooms are typically chalet style - all wood and quite basic but the Carlina did have a digital TV and tea and coffee making facilities as well as a ...
Lovely resort, hotel quiet but end of season, nice pool, great location. Easy check in and out. Secure free car park.

Handy for start of following days route over alps Hotel was basic but had every thing we needed staff very helpful
Mon ami m'a fortement recommandé La Clusaz, avec raison ! Ce lieu est enchanteur, du bonheur en montagne , concentré plus plus plus! Le petit déjeuner est excellent et généreux.
This is a really pretty and comfortable hotel, well managed by a very welcoming and obliging host. Rooms are immaculate and the view gorgeous. Only drawbacks - dinner a bit pricey -no basic table or house wine and wine prices all around 25 euros or more - we've stayed in many hotels which while they ...

Tiny space. Pool is not at same facility. Well equipped but lacking some basics like extra toilet paper, dish soap, dish towels, hand soap, salt, pepper, coffee filters, etc. Village 75% closed in mid September. Did allow early checkin.
