"Great hotel and polite staff"

"The staff was most hospitable! We had trouble with our shower and the hotel manager was most gracious. We had trouble getting a taxi to the train station and one of the staff drove us to the gare. Remarkable customer service!"

"The property was wonderful and as a guest I appreciated the key security to get into the hotel, as it is located near the train station with a lot of street traffic. The hotel however is understaffed as we sat in the bar area for a half hour with no one running it, wanted a drink, the front desk person said they'd be right over, another 20 minutes and they were still checking people in our out. So we gave up and left the hotel and had our drinks and spent our money elsewhere. If you can't staff a bar, don't offer it to your guests?"
