“Leon greeted us upon arrival. So sweet, so knowledgeable. He was great. The room was gorgeous and spotless. The hot breakfast was wonderful and filling. The hot chocolate station was so Cool. All the staff we encountered were so sweet and helpful. All the ladies at the Breakfast Station were so sweet and made sure my hubby and I had everything we needed. “We stayed the week before Christmas in a lovely room with fireplace. The house exuded holiday charm and history. Breakfast is beautifully presented and excellent. Our bed was comfortable. We had chairs to relax by the fire. While the bathroom was tiny, it was functional with enough space to put toiletries plus multiple hooks and towel bars. “For those that may not be comfortable staying in a well-known chain, I would say that this motel is leaps and bounds better than any chain motel I have stayed in (admittedly usually stay in a hotel, but this one was the only room available). This motel was one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in with the most pleasant owner. I would 100% stay here again. There was limited parking in the adjacent lot, but we parked across the street with no issues and did not feel unsafe in doing so. The……
