"Lovely building and comfortable but the facilities were not as advertised. No air conditioning in the master bedroom ( listed as having it) and the wifi does not work inside - it works outside which was disappointing, and then the advertised (paid) laundry facilities were not available so meant a trek to Gourdon 18km away to wash our clothes -not ideal with 3 teenagers! The house was spotlessly clean on arrival - and it was very comfortable - the BBQ was well used and worked well - the main terrace had a great view and it was very peaceful - even with the very occasional train - the pool was small but refreshing and a nice set up around it. Not the properties fault but disappointing that Degagnac did not have a baker so a trip to Salviac needed but the bistro in town was nice. So despite the 3 important things we booked it for being listed but not available - we made the most of the area but we did leave early. We chose the house because of the air conditioning - I have a health issue and am post cancer - and with the incredible heat of the first week it was uncomfortable heat wise - air con was really necessary and irritating to pay so much but not get what you pay for. Vrbo you need to be better at policing the listings and check what they say is true and accurate. Your customer service when we complained was truly poor and ineffective"

"Once we had found the hotel the stay was fine. It was near to a group of fast food restaurants, McD, KFC etc and handy to get moving further north the next day. Very comfortable!"
