“My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Loretta‘s apartment. It was very spacious and we loved the terrace. The location was good about a 10 minute walk to the beach and about 20 minutes to an area where there are lots of restaurants and bars. That’s fine for us because we enjoy walking around The area where we are staying at. My only recommendation would be to PLEASE get a new mattress for the main bedroom. We could actually feel the springs and it was very uncomfortable for both our backs. ……

“Super nice host. We made a mistake and missed the part about paying a city tax fee and providing passport info, but he was very gracious about it and met us in person—handled everything speedily so we could catch our flight. The apartment is perfect for being near the airport. Very easy access. We also decided to spend the evening in Rome, uber to the city and cab back to the apartment were both around 60 Euros, took maybe 40 minutes, even with bad traffic. We are four friends, not couples,……

“Apartment is very nice. The antique details, stained glass, furniture, terrace off the kitchen are all beautiful however, the tenant from below the apartment, came pounding on our door at night. He claimed that the shower was leaking into his apartment and said we could not run the water. Toilets did not flush and there was no hot water. Host was very apologetic, however, an apology did not solve the problem. We only stayed one night. I hope that the plumbing issues were resolved and future……

“Spacious, clean, renovated apartment with retro character elevator. Good kitchen facilities although the dishwasher quality is average. Washing machine is useful and our laundry dried overnight just with the central heating. Plenty of local restaurants nearby, about 20min walk to most of Rome sights. Can’t fault it except there’s 1 shower (the heading on Expedia indicates 2 bathrooms). Would highly recommend for a comfortable stay in Rome. ”
