Good for an extended stay

The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants and far enough back from the highway that it doesn't get a lot of road noise. I was only staying one night, so I didn't need the kitchenette, but for a longer stay it would have been nice. Fully equipped. The desk staff was friendly and helpful. There is no breakfast offered because the rooms have kitchenettes. There is a convenience store in the lobby where you can buy snacks and even microwave meals. The exercise room was okay. It's connected to the laundry room, so you might have an audience while you work out. The bed was comfortable. No complaints overall, except the bathroom needed a good cleaning. There were mildew and mold and rust around the tub and fixtures. There are nicer options in town, but for this price point being a little less, it was nice and clean and quiet.

Nice hotel but poor customer service

I chose this hotel, which was more expensive and further away from my destination, because I was told I had a smoking room. When I arrived I was told that they did not have a smoking room. I understand mistakes happen but they could have called to let me know. By the time I got there it was to late to find something else. All I got was "sorry".

bad communication

Pros: clean
Cons: not having to take dirty towels to front desk to get clean ones so unsanitary
Location: location was great
To start off we arrived at the hotel and they could not find our prepaid reservations. We showed them the iteniary number and they said they would take care of it. The following morning we received a phone call saying we needed to check out and that we were late for check out. Again I informed them I had reservations and had to call expedia and take care of it again so over all it was bad experince and it was mine and my husbands anniversary.Expedia had to fax all the information and keep me on hold for about 30 mins to take care of all lost information that should have been.
