Staff was excellent. The room (only one left) had a bathroom that was leaking, the door did not lock. Breakfast was pretty good. If there had been another room available my rating would be higher. This rating is based on the room which was in pretty bad condition.

I was pleased to find no carpeting in the room. Only issue was there was no place to sit and eat in the room. It just had a desk space big enough for 1 person.

La Quinta Inn is geared for the Leisure traveler, and Hawthorn Suites is geared for the extended stay traveler offering kitchenettes and home style amenities. Both hotels are part of the Wyndham family, but are differently themed.

The room stank bad, then they put us by a side exit door & the door started opening & slamming shut at around 4:30 - 5:00 am - couldn’t sleep. asked to switch rooms the following day was ignored

We stayed 5 nights for a family trip, and will not be staying here again.The room was clean, but things were broken like the shower drain, the faucet in the kitchenette, and the toilet ran constantly. The pool was pretty much useless because everytime we went to use it, it was closed because they were vacuuming it, adding chemicals, or closing it for the night at 8. Annoying inconveniences, but the biggie was our last night. We were packing up that night to leave first thing in the morning and decided to run the dishwasher just before going to bed. Luckily we hadn't fallen asleep yet, when we noticed what smelled like burning plastic. Sat up in bed and noticed the bottom of the dishwasher was glowing! The dang thing was on fire! My husband was able to quickly put out the small fire, and went to tell the front desk and they weren't at all concerned. I hate to think what would have happened if we had been asleep when the fire started.

first they gave me a dirty room with the smell of cigarettes! Later they changed it to a similar one, but this one did not have conditioner, it did not have large cooking spoons, it did not have soap and I had to ask for towels because, they did not change them the next day, they did not have breakfast for the guests, I really did not like it !! !!

Very happy!
The staff were extremely friendly and courteous. The room was clean, roomy, and comfy. My only note was there were no “blackout” curtains. Only the sheer white ones so the streetlight filtered in pretty bright and the sun shone through first thing in the morning. But still overall it was great. I would stay again.

The property was very conveniently located, clean, very reasonably priced, with the most incredible staff. The trip was for a family members funeral. We were staying with our 2 dogs who had never been away from home and were worried how they would act when we left, the manager went to check on them while we were gone. The entire staff signed a condolence card with personal messages and had it for us when we returned after the service. They are amazing!
