"Fantastic location right by everything. Very clean. Great service checking in. Room was large, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast had a great variety and was always full and area was kept very clean. Only negative I could think of is there is spot in pool shallow end that is sharp and we cut our foot on. Otherwise no complaints and will book another stay at same hotel for our tournament next year!!"

"This is a well-planned, well-managed, quality property with nearly every amenity one would expect of such a facility. The only downside, and the reason I dropped the score for staff from 5 to 4, is the performance of the person overseeing the prepaid (or for fee) breakfast service, whose demeanor was a little less than accommodating, and (only slightly) abrupt. This is our second stay at this facility (even though we were aware of other lodging options at lower price points), and we chose to stay there again because of our first experience, which included a "free breakfast." This stay did not, and we were unaware of the change, which added about $22 onto the final charge, which was already inflated by a considerably higher room charge. If you're good with that, this is still a well-managed, impeccably clean hotel with excellent furnishings and amenities. It will, however, come at a distinctly higher price than other offerings nearby. Not knowing of the quality level of those other options, a frequent traveler through Ardmore might find it useful to investigate them before reserving this hotel, however a one-time traveler probably can't go too wrong by booking this hotel."

"The gentlemen at the front end, always had a smile, very polite, and very approachable. The property was cleen, well lit, and felt safe. The breakfast was hot and fresh, "no shriveled sausage links". If I had to knit pick something, I wish the elevator was faster, but that's about it. Over all good stay. We will stay there again next time we are staying in Ardmore."

"After several nights in a poor hotel, I needed a good place to rest. The price was excellent, and the service starts in the gorgeous lobby. Whoever runs this hotel cares about its appearance. The desk clerk was polite, even late at night, and everything was clean. The beds are firm & comfortable, and the chairs are sturdy. My only complaint was that the freezer needed defrosting, but everything else worked perfectly."
"During check-in and check-out, the employee of the hotel was present behind the desk. That is, I did not have to wait on them to see me or ring a bell to let them know I was there and then wait for them to come to the desk. I really appreciated having the employee present and ready to help me. Attending to people goes a long way!"
