Henry rocked nothing else was too great!!
Henry at the front desk was amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate us. As for the room it could have been cleaner and had extra toilet tissue available, because there was less than half a roll in the room when we got there. One of the reasons for picking this hotel was the pool and we didn't get to use it at all due to it being shut down because it had stormed a few days before our arrival and they shocked the pool. You would think that would have been done prior to a long holiday weekend. There again Henry was very apologetic, but i don't feel it was his fault. I think a discount of some kind should have been offered since we did chose this hotel for the pool on a holiday weekend for our family get together. My daughter rented the King suite and I a double queen so we spent enough money that we should have been offered something since we couldn't use the pool.

Fast friendly service clean rooms, they didn’t serve breakfast but there’s an excellent breakfast place right next door called prairie kitchen that serves excellent food
