This was my second stay in 2 months. The first room i was given had not been cleaned, i chose springhill again because i get my grandkids and they love to swim, but the pool and hot tub was closed for maintenance. I wish that it was possible that properties could make third party sites aware. But I shouldve just called. I will say the check in and check out process was speedy and the staff were friendly.

We enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was decent. It's a 30 minute straight shot on I-35 to Winstar, we stayed here to attend a concert there. The only thing I was disappointed by was the hot tub being out of service. Hopefully it's fixed when we go back in March. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Why I won't stay again
The hotel itself is fine. I don't think I'll be staying again though. We booked a night on our way home from Texas. When we got there, and woman that was clearly on drugs was sitting outside. She looked like she has been punched recently, and had a rag over her mouth. After I checked him, she came in behind me, and went into the bathroom. In the 15 mins we took to get our things together, she didn't come out. I understand that people are dealt with a bad hand, but something like that could lead to a dangerous situation.

Overall the stay was good. The staff on duty when checking in was very friendly. They gave me extra sheets, pillow, towels, and a blanket when requested right away. We were disappointed that the pool was not open and the hot tub was closed. It was explained to me that the chemical levels were not right and needed to be closed. The breakfast was the typical food. There was hot oatmeal with toppings, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy with waffles available for people to make on their own. I also noticed that the tv was small but did work.

Just unpleasant little things.
Upon entering our smoke free room we could smell a strong odor of pot. When in the bathroom, noticed pot floating in the toilet bowl and the toilet did not flush strongly. The A/C unit was not working properly and room was warm. Changed rooms to a different one. This room had weird smell too but not unbearable. Room looked clean and tidy. Tub was very slippery and almost slid down taking a shower. When trying to pull down sun shade in window, in fell down out of the mounting to bottom of window.

The properties credit card machine didn't work making me go online to do everything and then when we checked in they told they have coffee for us in the morning at 4:30 then when I went to get coffee on our way out the lady that was working says we don't make coffee at till 6:00 a.m. and was really rude to us

A blessed break enroute to south Texas!
My first time using hotel.com, I was a weary traveler,70 years old, with a sister driving, deciding we needed to stop for the night, knowing rain was in the forecast and we needed to leave early. The checkin girl was very friendly, efficient, prompt. We rose to eat a nice continent breakfast, and back on the road by 7:00am.100% satisfied!highly would return to the same play in the spring!

It was not an enjoyable stay the power went out they had no ideal which room was assigned to who. They gave me a room key of someone that was already sleeping in the room. The next room they put me in had no pillows nor did the a/c work.

Our room was clean but the bathroom maintenance needs help. Shower surround needs to be fixed, rust noticeable in bathtub, the water pressure low and bugs in the light fixture. Staff was excellent and helpful.

Relaxing getaway
We really enjoyed our time here! We love the layout of the room and everything we encountered was really good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, recent storms made the internet come and go. That was really the only thing that was a negative on our trip.
