“We loved the character of Carrygarry house. It was quaint and quiet. The hosts were really helpful. Room and bed were clean and comfortable. This is close to Shannon airport so a good place if you need to make airport runs. Highly recommend.”

“Our family travelled around Ireland and London for 2 weeks and stayed at 9 different hotels and this was the best hotel we stayed at even though it was the least expensive. The newly remodeled rooms are beautiful and spacious. The staff was very friendly and it was within walking distance of the Bunratty castle and other restaurants. The most pleasant surprise though was the spa with a beautiful pool and saunas along with a great workout facility. If you are planning to stay anywhere near this……

“This place was clean, quiet, and safe, and is in a pretty setting near/on estate lands. Very convenient from the highway for access to local tourist spots and Shannon Airport. The hotel is super large and sprawling. It seems to be very popular with young families. At our Expedia rate it was pretty basic in terms of amenities. We took a look at the breakfast, which wasn't included in our rate, and it also seemed basic, so we gave it a pass. Great local bakeries and other spots to choose from……

“Stayed for 3 days in a suite. The apartment had a mini kitchen which was helpful with a 14 month old. Spacious with 2 bedrooms. Beds were very good. The apartment had several bugs. Small spiders and some othrr ones. Breakfast was average. Staff was helpful. Internet was totally unusable. Bathroom/shower fixtures were broken.”

“It is a very beautiful town, but the hotel is dated and didn’t feel clean. The heater would not turn off, so it was hot. It took a while for them to accommodate us. The restaurant on sight is excellent.”

“The hotel was a delightful surpise; charming architecture and decor with several lounge rooms and 3 restaurants off the reception area. Our room, though not “large” was bigger than most rooms on our trip, including luxury hotels we stayed in. It was immaculately clean and well furnished with a small refrigerator, small dining table, comfortable chairs, and desk area. It is an older hotel but renovated well. It was quiet even though our room was off a large, beautiful lawn area where guests……
