Perfect family hotel

Posted Jul 24, 2017 on Hotels
This is the perfect place to bring your family. Free access to the pool area makes this a great place for both parents and kids. The new restaurant, Grow, serves lovely, healthy food that almost makes you not have to leave the hotel at all during your stay. Off course you should, since Åre has a lot to offer in any season.

Big resort hotel. Everything you need, amazing view from the lake side rooms. No personal touch, but the room was great. Really good for families, even a PS4 in the room for kids and a water slide.

Hotel that has everything and almost delivers

Posted Apr 16, 2017 on Hotels
We booked a room for two. It had a nice atmosphere with wooden panels and decent size. But the air was not good for sleeping so we had to have the door open in a few to many degrees bellow freezing. The coffee maker did not work and even though they said they would fix it. And an old beerbottle was in the room when we checked in. It also escaped one cleaning cycle when we were there. The restaurant had a decent breakfast and large portions for dinner with a decent selection of foods. Not great, but good. A very nice swimming area is within the hotels walls, and the location in the town is perfect. All in all a pleasant stay.

Overall, fine

Hotel is fine. Nothing really to write home about - just ok. Prob good for families as also a pool and spa. Reception friendly but not very slick service. Location is its big down point as away from Åre centre and à bit of a walk - especially if you are skiing

Great Breakfast

It's an okay hotel, not best value for money. Will chose a different hotel next time in Åre. The pools were much smaller than expected and you have to pay extra to use the fitness center (which is fairly basic to start with!) and also to use the Saunaworld.

Cute little town! Hotel with great view

Posted Mar 7, 2013 on Hotels
Lots of things to do within the hotel with access via the bridge to the grocery store and further shopping, all while still being inside which in the winter is a huge plus. Activities galore, breakfast: don't be late as the food is not so great at the end of the time period.

I was going with a friend to the IN FLAMES concert held at TV4 Sport Arena, so it was perfect to stay at Holiday Club! The concert venue was practically AT the hotel! Good service, cozy hotel with everything. Decent breakfast. Location is awesome. However, checkout was a bit early, but there was no problem making an agreement to stay longer! Really cozy fireplace in the lobby and awesome spa and gym! We will be back!
