No request was too small or too big. His Customer service really made our trip memorable. He gave us ideas for places to go, restaurants, bakeries, local things to do, and if we had any issues at all, they were dealt with, in an expedient fashion! Fabulous room, we upgraded to a two bedroom suite overlooking the ocean. I would recommend this property every time. We took the self catering option, which was wonderful. "

"I loved the suite because it was large & very comfortable. The price was amazing however they charged for pool towels & the use of the safe! Walking distance to a grocery store. A bit far from the Old Town of Albufeira however we did walk it once. An Uber was 4 Euros. Close to a few good restaurants as well! 2pools also which was nice! Outside pool not heated. I do recommend this hotel!"
