Well, the stage was below our balcony and was extremely loud and kept us awake !!! They gave us the wrong room upon check in and we had to be moved to a lower floor with less of an ocean view which we paid extra for. If you didn’t wake up at 5:00 am to reserve a seat at the pool NO CHAIRS AVAILABLE!!! There was very limited places for lunch !!! I have stayed in Riu in Jamaica, Dominican rupblic and Mexico and haven’t had a complaint. I give this property a 4 out of 10 !!!

Dec 31, 2019driving up to the lookout point(s) is hard with volcano rock. you almost need an ATV. The pricing is a bit high at $15 pp.

Feb 28, 2019There are no viewpoints or anything to see unless you are able to walk 1.5 miles, which i think should be posted, as people unable to walk that far will be very disappointed (literally they will only see a parking lot). Also, the "lava fields" were kind of a disappointment as there wasn't much to see.

Feb 27, 2019I expected there to be longer hiking trails. You can really hike the loop and to the lookout point in a couple of hours max. I did the loop twice and I think it only took me a couple of hours. I really wanted a solid 6-8 hour hiking day.
