The pros: The hot springs are breathtaking. The nature, mixed with the gardens, creates the perfect combination for a peaceful place to let yourself go. The staff is well-trained, and you’ll receive only top service.
We went to Los Tucanes Restaurant just one night, and we had a tomahawk; it was Soooooo delicious!!!!!!, five stars there.
The Cons: After 10 pm, there’s nothing else to do, NO NIGHTLIFE!!!! There is just a bar and it is way too expensive for the standard room’s quality. The soap bottle didn’t even pump properly. I have been in hotels where I have received great rooms for less than half of the price; however, in general, it was a good experience for the hot springs and the restaurant. If I go again, I will get a day pass for the hot springs, and dinner at Tucanes Restaurant, if possible, but I'll pass the hotel; the rooms are not worth it.
