Stay spoiled by a rain water leak and wet floor.

Although finally corrected by the hotel after a requested room relocation, (and a welcome upgrade), when we arrived, there was evidence of a pre-existing water leak into the allocated room and across the carpet. After two nights, further rain, and a failed attempt at repair, this was bad enough to result in a soggy wet carpet, wet feet, and the room's atmosphere becoming very damp. The room should not have been let in this condition.

I regret the impression you got about the service provided regarding the allocated room. It does not match our quality standards. Likewise, I assure you that I have shared your comments with our Maintenance team to fix any fault. I do apologize if you perceived that our team did not attend you properly.
