This hotel is beautifully equipped !

Pros: I loved my room! I felt pampered and so very comfortable!
Cons: Since Arequipa is a business center I was surprised that Wifi was only available in the common area- if you want it in room you have to pay.
Location: The location is ideal for museums, local sights and tours. I was lucky to have Ukumari Expeditions organizing my trip so I saw the best sights!
I started my trip in Arequipa and was truly impressed by this hotel. The lobby gives you the feel of the Andean culture but the rooms are modern and very well designed with the traveler in mind. I wish there had been WiFi in the room itself- not just the lobby.

Nice hotel in a central location

Pros: Historical building, central location
Cons: Free internet in lobby was slow.
Location: Free walking tour whose meeting point was nearby was excellent, lots of history and gave ideas about what to revisit.
After a long trip from Colca canyon it it was nice to settle into this comfortable hotel for two nights. Staff very helpful. At breakfast eaten outside I was cold and on mentioning it to the waiter, he lit the heater and wheeled it over to my table.

Nice hotel, hard beds and pillows

The breakfast is standard, nothing to write home about. But my primary reason for staying in a hotel is sleep. Hard beds and yards pillows with an inside room do not a great nights sleep make. A solid three star because the staff are wonderful.

convenient, friendly, upscale

Pros: Very friendly service, great breakfast, comfortable bed.
Cons: Put chairs on the balcony. Warm the lobby floor more, especially the breakfast dining room.
Location: A very short walk to the colonial center: Monastery, stores, restaurants and cathedral.
Lovely gracious hotel, right in the old town. Room is warm. Beds and pillows great. Good cable connection, but wireless only in lobby. Breakfast very good. On request, made a perfect omelet. (My only complaint: Bring a sweater to breakfast -- the first floor is open.) Staff lovely.

Nice hotel, especially the lobby and bar area. The rooms are not quite up to date but are still spacious and nice. There is no free wifi in the rooms which seems crazy in 2016.

Un hotel que pierde la oportunidad de ser mejor.

Las zonas comunes son espectaculares. La habitación no está bien decorada y se pierde mucho de lo que podría ser. El aislamiento acustico es minimo y el ruido es mucho en la habitacion. Hay muchas escalas y hay que cargar la maleta. El baño no puede ser de un tipo de hotel como este, es en exceso simple y burdo. La atencion espectacular.
