Pros: The space, the lake, the views and the breakfast
Nice hotel, lovely views, a bit far away from the city centre, but worth the traveling time if you are with small kids.

Good Hotel to rest

Pros: Very good Service
Cons: Rooms need A/C, the fan is not enough to improve the indoor temperature
Location: is located in a place outside Arequipa, landscapes and animals are in the area of the restaurant has a lake inspires calm.
It is a very quiet place, excellent service and overall cleanliness

Nice hotel with lots of potential

We had a great experience, it has all necessary. The worst part was the staff (they won't help nor offer anything) and the fact that they do not have AC (as it was offered). Swimming pool could be heated and they could put some effort on the food department, breackfast was poor, also service arround the pool area did not had much to offer. Place is great, there are activities nearby, it is only 20 minutes away from downtown so its location allouds to have everything close enough, but still were able to rest.

This is a gorgeous hotel. Rooms large, beds good, breakfast excellent. WIFI is spotty and frequently looses signal. Hotel is 20 minutes outside of town.

Might have been nice once

Pros: Nice rooms
Cons: Staff Breakfast Facilities More options for the shuttle to Arequipa
Location: Not in the centre of Arequipa and a taxi needed to get there
Hotel facilities outdated and in need of refurbishment. Breakfast is bad - chips, rice and soup?! And the worst scrambled eggs I've ever had. Reception staff say they've booked taxi's or reserved activities when they haven't. Swimming pool was absolutely filthy.

Nice hotel but they ask for My documents many time

i came with my parents and My nanny and i book two rooms . And first they want to charge taxes for both rooms but i explain that i came from Usa and My parents are peruvians . Finaly they chargme me just for one room. They they make a point on the breakfast, because is included. I explain that the reservación was made for 4 adults and 3 kids so suposed to be included . Finaly they said that they will handle it , lake it was a favor. I paid all my expenses and this is not My first trip or the first time i book from expedia. They took too long on registraron.
