Staff is excellent and very helpful, but if you have a room on the street side, it is very noisy and you will hear vehicles go by and honk their horns

Habián escaleras para utilizar el ascensor lo cual le quita el sentido o una persona con silla de ruedas es dificil de usar. La habitación tenía un olor raro, imagino que por eso estaban limpiando las alfombras porque en el lobby había un reguero de cosas y parecía que estaban limpiando. Adicional habia escalones para entrar y salir del ba´ño.

Dated but Great.
This location is great....The staff did everything to make our stay great. The bathroom needs a major makeover. The tub is ROUND and not clean.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful...the issue was no A/C in the rooms they provide a fan that it helps...and the big issue is the we were in third floor facing the street and it was very noisy day at night

This was an excellent hotel, close to everything! The staff were extremely helpful and the room was amazing. They did an excellent job making sure everything stayed clean and sanitized during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful, we would stay again hands down. The staff are all friendly & helpful. Very nicely organized and super clean room. I love the chocolates(local company called La Iberica) left on your bed every night:)

Tierra Viva Arequipa was perfect. The staff was kind, the location was ideal and our room was great. If you are sensitive to noise, ask for a room thats not facing the street.

This is a really nice hotel, great value. Super confortable room which was exceptionally clean. It's right in the heart of Arequipa hence a lovely place to explore a lovely city.

We had a great experience staying at Tierra hotel. Everyone was super friendly and provided us a great service! Breakfast was really good and it was close to everything you need from restaurants to touristic and historical areas! Highly recommend!

We have stayed here before and this time seemed even better than previous trips. The road outside the hotel is undergoing major renovation, yet the hotel was spotless as usual, and the taxi could drop us off right outside the door.

Manuel was an incredible host, as well as his staff, that went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable! The breakfast provided was good and provided us with a packed breakfast when we had an early morning hike! We really enjoyed our time staying in a comfortable room with a wonderful staff!

The hotel was ok but unfortunately the street on which the hotel is located was undergoing a major work. For check in, we had to park our cars half block away from the hotel. The entrance to the hotel was dusty and uneven. The Hotel could have informed us beforehand but they chose not to. It was an unpleasant experience.
