We stayed in this area because it was close to the beaches and not to far from the Pyrenees were we planning to some walking. We found the hotel to be a great place to come back to after a tiring day of walking or sightseeing .

the views...and pool!

Posted Sep 13, 2016 on Hotels
We had a great stay. The service was wonderful, as was the breakfast, pool, and overall comfort. The first night we drove in from Barcelona, tired and not wanting to get back on the road (even with the shuttle service) the staff helped us order a pizza and gave us recommendations for our stay. The one draw back is if you plan to have a day at the hotel (which we recommend as the pool area is wonderful) be sure to bring food/snacks for the afternoon as they don't offer a lunch or dinner menu. We do plan to stay here again when we find ourselves in the area.

The view and position is amazing. Pool area is super clean, loads of sunbeds and feels very exclusive.

Dear Madam, We really thank you for your comment and are glad you enjoyed your stay. To the reader, just note that the pool is open during the opening period (from beginning of April to end of October) with a temperature between 26 & 29° Celsius. If you often feel cold, the temperature of the outside jacuzzi (free access) is 36°C. if you forget your swimsuit, we sell it at the market price. No excuse not to test the pool :-)

Very nice hotel with view close to Collioure

Posted Aug 1, 2016
Pros: The view, the friendly staff and the proximity to Collioure
Cons: Have queen or double beds instead ot two beds next to each others (in the garden view room at least)
Location: Collioure is a very charming village, not to be missed!
The hotel was really nice and the staff very customer service oriented, I haven't has such a good service for a while! The swimming pool is really nice with a beautiful view over Argeles. And the highlight for us was the proximity to the beautiful village of Collioure, so charming! The only disadvantage is that you need a car (or they have a shuttle service) as it is not at a walkable distance. Overall we had a great time and I would definitely recommend it!

Lovely hotel outside of town, so a car essential. Views are terrific. Helpful staff and well kept garden and pool area

Dear Sir, We thank you for having shared your opinion in this website and we are glad you enjoyed your stay with us. You know how reviews are important to help other guests choose hotels based on maximum information to avoid disappointments. It is a real + for citizens, it challenges us and that's fine. Our hotel has strengths you mention but also weaknesses & features that are not necessarily suitable for everyone. For example, it is essential to have a car since we are located on the ledge road between Argeles & Collioure (2 kms & 5 minutes by car). Please not also we have no restaurant (except a snacking in July/August from 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm). We will be glad to advise you the best places to eat close to the hotel Thank you again.

Dear Madam, Dear Sir, We thank you for having shared your opinion on this website and are glad you enjoyed your stay. To the reader, we precise we have no direct access to the sea. To access the beaches, you may get the car to reach the beautiful beach of Racou (2 minutes) or walk 5-10 minutes (200 meters not very pleasant along the road before passing under the railway track) to reach the charming small coves along the coast. On our blog, you will find a list of the best beaches close to the hotel. Thank you again.
