“Your service regarding giving us the address was extremely sad.We paid for the entire stay on 22 Jan. You did not give us the address till 10am on the day of departure. We are seniors and it would take us 3 hours to reach so I requested for the address earlier but you wanted the deposit of 200 on the day itself and even though I paid it at 8am I did not get the address I did not ask for the code. It was unwanted, the stress of planning for us above 70 years old.2. You wanted us to wash. and keep……

“The house was clean and well stocked. However a few items didn't work or didn't work properly 1 air con very hard to turn on or off front door didn't lock properly and garage door didn't work automatically had to be pulled by hand”
