It was clean. All amenities provided and the breakfast was amazing. Loved the pool and hot tub area. I work in hospitality so I appreciate nice accommodations that are affordable.

Pros: *check in lady was very sweet. *easy parking. Cons: *our room was the first room on the first floor, next to entrance. It was very loud with people coming in and going out. * the smell of our room was terrible, like pee/mildew. * our room had dirt and food on the carpet in multiple places, and there was something all over the nightstand table drawer. * pancake maker was down. * breakfast staff didnt seem all that friendly. * the furniture in the breakfast area was dirty and broken. We would not choose to stay here again.

I had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn at location Arkadelphia, AR and I'm delighted to share my positive feedback. The service was exceptional, they provide exceptional clean room, and also the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel's prime location added to the overall convenience, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The friendly and accommodating staff members truly stood out, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit. I highly recommend Holiday Inn in Arkadelphia, AR for its outstanding service, ideal location, and the exceptional hospitality of its staff.

The road to get into the property is very rough, but it is a nice hotel for a very small town

Great staff. We travel every month through the Arkansas area, and found this hotel as the best overall hands down. Other hotels are loud with filthy & poorly maintained rooms. This hotel and staff maintain every aspect of our stay. Great room amenities. A cheerful smile at check-in after hours on the road. Just this morning, Paula created a flavorful breakfast for the guests that would rival any big name restaurants. Two thumbs up!

Nice facility but room temp was extremely hard to regulate, too hot and had to put on air conditioning when freezing outside. Large truck stop across the street also a bit loud.

A Pleasant Stop
We really enjoyed our first stay with HI Express Arkadelphia. Air conditioning struggled but room was spacious and clean. Service and check-in was TOP TIER and breakfast selection was plentiful and a wide variety of items. Hotel was in a well let and safe location and parking was plentiful.
