"No cleaning of the room once you’ve checked in. Even the second night they’ll offer housekeeping to come bring you towels. If you go, Mondays and Tuesdays, the restaurants are closed. Only breakfast is served. Places untidy rooms are filthy."

"Overall the property was very clean and well maintained. Great location near shops and just a couple miles away from Downtown Hot Springs. As we have a service animal, they put us in a room that I guess is designated for pets. Unfortunately, it did not smell very good. Overall we had a positive stay."

"They are renovating so this isn't really fair to judge now. I think they need a few more months. The room was clean, the staff friendly, the decrease in stars was due to there being mold/black areas above the shower near the shower head. I have found over the years using Expedia means they put you in less favorable rooms because you're discounted in room charge. (And the pool was closed.) Great setting on the Lake! "
