AwsomePosted Mar 14, 2018
Pros: Ever clen. The biggest thing is when you walk in the hall way most hotel stink but not yours it smelled fresh like there was a window open.
Cons: It needs a fan in the restrooms.
Location: We went to Arlington Texas just to go to Six Flags and that's what we did but there was a the AT&T center and the football Center was nearby
Everyone was so nice and polite . They all seem to love there jobs and you don'the get that ever often.from the front desk to the drivers we would stay ever time.

GreatPosted Mar 2, 2018
The staff were great and we had a great time. The staff were helpful and the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay there again if we stayed in Dallas.

Very nice hotel in convenient location.Posted Feb 9, 2018
Pros: The cleanliness and modern décor.
Cons: Make the breakfast included in the price of the hotel.
Location: The location was close to my son's school. We drove downtown to the Dallas World Aquarium and it wasn't difficult to navigate.
Our son came out to Grand Prairie for an Army class and this is the hotel they put them in for the two weeks they were here. We got an adjoining room and brought his son as well. The rooms were very clean and very modern. The bed was softer than we like but it's ok. My only problem with this hotel was the price. Way over priced and didn't include breakfast. Breakfast cost my husband nearly $15! There are twenty plus hotels around there that were just as nice that cost a lot less. I will say that the hotel staff were very accommodating and really nice.

Check in good, room clean and plenty of parking.Posted Jan 27, 2018
All in all a pleasant experience. All staff pretty accommodating. Restaurant and bar staff a bit gruff and slow to the punch.

Pleasant Holiday stayPosted Dec 27, 2017
we arrived on Friday and stayed through Christmas Eve and left Christmas day. It was our first time back since the remodel last year and it all looked great. Very new and modern, but we were disappointed to see that the Indoor/outdoor pool was not just an outdoor pool. Staff was very friendly, although I would have liked to have know that the Restaurant was extending its hours to be Open on Christmas Eve - would have liked that rather than McDonald's. Also they should clarify the fact that breakfast is available but is not included in your room.. The Cost is surprising, when you think that it is included, as with most hotels these days.

Wonderful weekend in Dallas.Posted Dec 11, 2017 on Hotels
Wonderful weekend in Dallas. Came for Enchanted. Disappointed in Enchanted but the hotel stay was wonderful. The only negative is the price of the breakfast buffet. $14.95 per person is pretty steep for something that many hotel chains provide for free.
