Cons: Softer Towels
We asked for connecting rooms and were allowed so. Rooms were large and comfortable. Bathrooms were small but doable. Just spent one night but would return.

I am glad we were able to accommodate your request for connecting rooms. We know our bathrooms are not as large as some of our neighbors but we make up for it on service! Nice hotel close to Six Flags!

Our overall experience was great! But could've been better if they offered free breakfast. Breakfast at the onsite restaurant was pricey, so we opted to go out instead.

Excellent front desk personell. Gender specific gift baggage for the kids were a great touch and certainly left an impression

elevators weren't working properly all weekend. Many guests were waiting for an elevator to use. Our view out of our window was the roof of a part of the hotel.

Restaurant and bar employees extremely friendly. Shuttle service attendant short tempered with kids when asking questions regarding service, then again with adult. Beds uncomfortable(way too firm for my preference). Area congested with significant amount of construction work occurring.

Thank you for your review! My apology about the shuttle service issue, and, I have spoken with my Director of Front Office Service to have it address. That type of behavior is not acceptable for us. We are not fans of the construction but they are promising improvement soon! Please let us know if your future travel plans include Arlington so we can make SURE you are well taken care of! Great hotel. We enjoyed our stay! Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The refrigerator did not work though but that was the only bad thing.

Nice stay.

Clean. Nice location. Very close to restaurants. Just a 20 min walk to AT&T Stadium.

Elevators were having issues and under renovation while we stayed which made things quite slow, but understandable. A/C in room tripped a couple of times and just wouldn't really cool the room down, but not so bad that we awoke enough to call support (just "dealt with it" as it made the room less comfortable).
