Shuttle service was HORRIBLE. I waited 2hrs for shuttle to pick me up from the airport. The rooms had such a strong smell of “air freshener” that comes through the vents of the AC. I thought I was going to have an asthma attack. Al, the front desk person was very nice and switched me to another room but still the awful smell. I had to sleep with my windows opened that faced the loud freeway. The following day the shuttle was supposed to take the guests that were flying out to airport then after to my interview. There were 3 of us that were scheduled to an interview and were told the same that we’d do the airport drop offs then to our interview 4 miles away. After dropping all the people off (40 minutes later) the shuttle driver said he couldn’t take us. So we had to get out and call and Uber. We waisted almost an hour driving around and we were almost late!!!!!! From the time I landed until the time we were dropped off at the airport was horrific. I would give negative stars if I could. The front desk person, Al was kind. Other than that I’ll NEVER EVER EVER stay there again.
