the hotel was in a great location and very nice..the room was very comfortable and the hotel staff was very accommodating and responsive....

Need more staff

Cons: Lot more staff members
Cleaning items left in the room. Used wash clolths left under the bathroom sink. Previous resident left socks in room. We had a clogged toilet. When the front desk was called that they were short on staff and I would have to do it myself. That is not what I wanted to do on a recreational trip; - plumbing!!. When I did get to front desk to obtain the plunger the personnel said I would have to wait until that person could go to different floors to find a plunger. The breakfast was nice. The rest of the trip was poor.

Internet service needs to improve

Internet service was owful. Issues were reported but in 4 days was never fixed. Slow or on and off....

Fair. Could use a few upgrades. My room was towards the front of the hotel so road traffic noise was not good. Breakfast seems to have downhill from the previous times that I have stayed at this location.
