Excellent Hotel!

Posted Dec 13, 2017
Pros: Very clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable!
Location: 1. Museums in DC 2. visit family in DC 3. Metro takes you straight to the Pentagon Mall
Loved the fact that the hotel was very comfortable and clean. Also, it was very close (walking distance) to the Metro Station, so we never drove into DC. It was so nice to ride the train everywhere we went. I will definitely stay at this hotel the next time I visit the area!!

I like the area of Arlington. There are a lot of places to go, indeed, Georgetown and M street are only 5 minutes driving! I would recommand this place for anyone who wants to have fun. The only issue is the parking, it costs $40 per day to park your car in the hotel's parking. There are no free parking nearby, so hotel's parking might be your only choice.

Great value and location

Very good rate, hotel is new and location is very close to Rosslyn metro station. Good casual restaurants nearby. There is charge for parking but this is no different from other hotels in Washington.

A hotel that likes home!

Posted Nov 25, 2017
Pros: clean - close to everything- friendly staff ...etc
Cons: nothing at all
Location: perfect location. Roosevelt Park and main metro station, good resturants, and cafes...etc
I REALLY enjoyed my stay at this hotel. For the first time, I feel like I am at home! The friendly staff makes you feel like if you are part of them! Abdi & Sara were so friendly to me and they were always checking on me! The room is so big and so clean! The location can't be beaten! Next to Rosslyn metro station a few minutes away from everything in DC!! I LOVE this hotel and will be always staying here when I am in DC.

A European hotel near D.C.

Posted Nov 22, 2017
Pros: It was somewhat secluded and had a feeling of elegance not usually found in chain hotels.
Cons: Tough question, it was so good.
Location: Signage was practically non-existent (only on the glass entrance doors), which was not really a drawback, and only enhanced its exclusivity.
The good experience started at check-in with an superb desk clerk, Sura, (manager material) who was gracious, answered all questions politely and determined my "Gold" status quickly, even though I did not have my card with me. This set the tone for the rest of the stay at this property.

Excellent Stay-frustrating parking

Posted Nov 21, 2017
Pros: Very nice and clean.
Cons: Better guidance on self parking
Location: DC is literally right down the street, it only takes minutes to cross the Potomac. There is also a Metro station nearby. See DC but not stay in DC
The hotel itself is wonderful-nice finishes, super clean, etc. However, if you park at this hotel be sure to get adequate instructions. Valet parking is very expensive Sun-Thursday and if you self park be mindful that this hotel shares it's space with residential condominiums. Poor signage for those who want to self park for 1/2 of what it costs for valet. Also $14.95 per day for WiFi in your room, in this day and age of business travelers and people who may be visiting the area for re-location purposes like we were-seriously. Also, a small single serve coffee maker in the room would have been nice. Although coffee was available in the lobby, who wants to get dressed to get coffee. Overall, there are plenty of reasonable places to eat nearby and if you bring a pet, the dog walking area is to the left and down the street from the hotel. I was thankful that we could have our dogs at this hotel.

Excellent Housekeeping Staff

Posted Nov 21, 2017
Pros: Cleanness and location, and the price per night.
Cons: NA
Location: I loved the location. I had business in Georgetown DC and this hotel was quite close to both Georgetown, D C and DCA Airport.
I enjoyed my stay at this hotell. Everyone was kind, professional and knowledgeable. Especially the housekeeping staff. They were kind, considerate and always with a smile. My room was cleaned properly and in a timely manner. Thank you all.

Excellent Resort but...need more availability.

Posted Nov 20, 2017
Pros: Amenities and staff.
Cons: Room availability
Location: National Habor in Washington DC. Plenty of restaurants and things to do for the family
This resort was excellent however it is difficult to get rooms for the future.
