Lice in room

Had to pay 20.00 for Nix lice shampoo and spray....Pay the money the Holiday Inn Express

I had arrived to the hotel for a later check in as indicated when arranged. They did have my information handy for the guy working, so he would have my late arrival handy. I did have some argumentive noises from a neighbor in the hotel which was not too soothing to hear. I called for new sheets to be placed on my bed due to having pulled back the sheets and found it to be somewhat stained and with some hair. The lady that answered said that I needed to go get my own sheets from the desk and put them on bc no one was available to do it. So I did. I had reservations for two nights and chose not to stay for the second night, but found another place to stay. Also, it did not smell pleasant and smelled like smoke. I asked for a smoke free room. I called the desk about it, and I was told it was a smoke free room. But all the guy said was that he will notify the manager tomorrow.

Desk Before Arriving At Studio 6 Needs HELP!

Was good after I got over the Studio 6 costumer service on booking the room through Hotels.com and leaving my credit card number to book the room but pay when I showed up. They took money out on my debit card/credit card before I even showed which had never happened before.

It was comfy easy access to fwy and shopping. Rooms was clean and organized. Housekeeping was on time. The lady at the front desk she was very nice and her customer service was super. One of the best I've stay at in DFW
