“This place is AWESOME. The environment just elevates you. Everything has been remodeled; I can tell they hired interior decorators to transform this place. Breakfast was good, and the gym has all the essentials. The customer service is also top notch. Lorenzo and Pedro at the front counter were friendly and helpful. Excellent value for the money. I highly recommend it.”

“The biggest problem is they charge $10 per person for a TERRIBLE breakfast. Also, ice machines were not working and when I asked for ice they gave me half a cup. Is there an ice shortage around there? I mean COME ON. I need more ice than that! It was like I was asking for their kids teeth or something. Property is under-construction. Rooms were modern and clean.”

“I checked into the hotel around 1 AM on January 26 and checked out at about 8 AM on the same day, having stayed for the night of January 25, during which a significant snowstorm affected much of the U.S. (my flight was canceled, very chaotic). The hotel is new and appeared to be well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and facilities. However, what truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by the reception clerk, whose name I unfortunately do not know. As a foreigner……
