Colonial hotel. Good. Pay more attention to details when it comes to clean the rooms and even the fans. We got one and it was so gross. Good breakfast overall. Great and helpful staff. Close to main street “ Calle Real “ in Salento.

We stayed at their best room....almost 200 usd per night. It has NO air conditioning, NO water preassure, NO hairdryer, NO hair conditioner Real simple things for a normal hotel

Estimado Alonso,Gracias por su retroalimentaciòn, vamos a tomar en cuenta sus observaciones, dentro de los amenities del baño de la habitacion esta crema hidratante, shampo y jabòn liquido, elaborados con ingredientes botánicos, libres de aceites minerales, siliconas y parabenos, vamos a tomar nota del acondicionardor para el cabello.LA habitaciòn si cuenta con secador para el cabello, lamento que no lo hayan visto, esta ubicado en una canasta en el closet de la habitaciòn.

The only thing I didnt like was that the rooms don't have a/c and at night could get a lil warn in the room, because you can not open the window that face the hallway.

The location is perfect and I love the rustic style embedded in what it seems to be a new building. The only complain we have is that the bed was extremely hard for us.

The staff were very accomodating, approachable and provided great customer service. The only complaint I have is there was no hot water in the lavatories; the shower was fine and provided hot water.

Beautiful hotel, our suite was spotless, extremely clean, very welcoming staff, the reception did take care of our transportation in general.. best decision…(transport service outstanding).. the town itself is very safe, so… the property is safe as well. Bilingual staff… I’m ready to go back again.

First impression counts, first, at check in an overcharge of nearly Us$20 Dollars for a supposedly tax. When i purchase the room on orbitz it clearly says “all taxes included” what is your definition of “all” Room was no even close to what they advertise, size and cleanesless, No ammenities at all Poor quality breakfast real bad. No the friendliest staff either. I would No recommend this hotel to anyone. Pricey for what you get.

Below average, dirty sheets and towels
It's a low cost hotel, with below average quality. The towels were stained, the pillow smelled like sweaty armpit, it was gross. I asked for the pillow cover to be replaced and saw mold on the nasty pillow. The breakfast options were very limited. On site covered parking was a plus but there is no security personnel. Location was central to main town streets.
