My wife and I stayed for four days to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and from the moment we arrived until the day we left, everyone made us feel genuinely welcome. Before our trip, I contacted the hotel to arrange a special surprise for my wife. They beautifully decorated our room with rose petals and had champagne and chocolates waiting for us when we arrived. It was absolutely perfect and made our anniversary even……

“Estuve por dos dias. Primero en la habitación #2, la cual es terrible en todo sentido. Al día siguiente, tras quejarme me dieron la habitación # 42, la cual fue mejor, más no lo ideal para el precio pagado. Las instalaciones son bonitas, pero le hac falta mantenimiento y personal, pues los servicios son lentos y limitados ( si quieres algo en la zona de piscina debes esperar que el que atiende en restaurante venga para que te pueda atender y viceversa, y esto para cosas sencillas cómo un café,……

“This was the most beautiful, tranquil hotel with so much to do right on site. Everything was super clean and well-maintained and the staff was superb. We felt very cared for and attended to. The food was amazing. Some of the food comes from the property, like avocados, , and plátanos and mandarins! We absolutely loved the food and the drinks from the bar. I highly recommend this place without hesitation!!”
