We stayed in the deluxe suite and if that was deluxe suite I would hate to see how disgusting a normal room would be this was one of the worst motels we have ever stayed in

An older type of building, but very clean and comfortable. Room was warm and neat. Staff are friendly and helpful. I visit the area frequently and will stay there again.

Very shabby & needed new bed! Bad back from bed! Booked 2 nights but only stayed 1 night because of state of room. They would not give refund.

I was not informed of any problems with the room during your stay. I have a regular guest staying in that room and he infomed me there was nothing wrong with the bed or the room and he has been staying with me for years.

Stay was fine. Carpark was full. I had to park outside. If motorbikes shared (say 3 bikes per 2 spaces) then situation may have been improved.

Shower I couldn’t even use as there was 4 streaks going in different directions and it didn’t get warm after 5 minutes and it was 1 degree outside Air con was noisy Furniture was from the 60’s

Our showers have all been cleaned thoroughly. Not sure what 4 streaks mean. The hot water does take some time to come through but upon checking is in working order. Air con is the latest and you most probably had it on the wrong setting.

Very old bathroom, tiles need a good clean, carpet in bedroom needs to be changed, This place doesn't rate 3,5 stars nether $125.00 the night. Building looks good from outside, but inside.....

We are a 3.5 Star Motel. The room you stayed in was found to be clean. If you were unhappy with the accommodation at the start you could have attended reception and we could have cancelled the reservation so you could find other accommodation more suitable to your needs.
