Nice hotel in front of beach

Posted Sep 16, 2017
Hotel was really nice. Staff friendly and helpful with requests. Breakfast was good with a daily special variety. Room was clean but the previous person was smoking in the room so it smelled a bit, but the cleaners sprayed some air freshener so it was alright. Nice roof top pool and bar. Wifi was good except being out of range at the pool.

Close to beach

Posted Aug 30, 2017
Pros: close to the beach and it was clean
Location: Arrecife is a bit a quiet. However Costs Teiguise and Puerto del Carmen is about 30mins away. Check Cesar Manrique Foundation, also the Vintage Bar
The hotel staff were very friendly, although the majority of them didn't speak English. Food was limited, tin fruit (which was very disappointing) it was quite repetitive and we booked half board

Would stay again

Hotel is very clean, well kept and staff are courteous. Our room was at the side of and towards the rear of the hotel (4th floor), we were not disturbed at night by any noise and we slept with the window open. The breakfast buffet was more than ample, and consisted of cereals, breads, cooked and continental items. There is a rooftop pool, bar and a restaurant but we did not use these. The hotel is very well located, the beach is across the road and you can hire loungers and umbrellas. A 5 minute walk takes you to the Intercambiador Playa Reducto bus stop (where you can get buses to the airport and other places on the island), and a 10 minute walk takes you to El Charco de San Gines and its numerous restaurants and bars. There are closer restaurants and shops if you don't fancy the walk.

Everyone at Lancelot was really professional And welcoming for our stay at the hotel. They really couldn't do enough for us! Very close to the beach, which is good Especially considering the price. Good facilities at the hotel: pool is great Although the gym is a little worse for wear. Nevertheless, a lovely stay, would recommend.

10mins from airport on bus at cost of £1.40, bus stations in arrecife only 5 mins from resort centre and u can visit other local resorts. More traditional resort and found it peaceful, relaxing with a beautiful beach right across road from hotel.
