One of our favourite hotels.
We use the Ibis Valladolid regularly. This visit we found they were refurbishing the lobby and restaurant, due to be completed end of November 2023. Despite the works, we were accommodated for dinner and breakfast as normal. The hotel is comfortable and the staff are excellent. We will return next year.

A great choice of hotel for travellers.
We have stayed here a few times already and were happy to stay again. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. We use an accessible room which suits our needs. The restaurant offers a small but varied menu which we enjoyed for dinner and a good buffet for breakfast. All in all, an excellent value-for-money hotel in an ideal position for our travels through Spain.

Great value for money. The front desk staff were very welcoming, helpful and spoke English which was a great help. Thank you for being so welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable.

Functional hotel for overnight stop Next to large warehouse so lots of trucks moving around in early hours But clean and comfortable Breakfast was poor no hot food But you get what you pay for

Going downhill!
Stayed here several times prior to covid, this visit was an unpleasant surprise. Bedroom showing signs of age and water leakage stains on ceiling. Reception and dining areas looked dirty with dirt and grease smeared on ceiling tiles and a general feeling of neglect. Evening meal and breakfast again were a disappointment with an increase in price and a definite reduction in choice, quality and amount, It appears that the hotel is trying to recoup losses by reducing standards, We will think twice before we stay here again, not the worst hotel we've stayed in but definitely going downhill

Highly recommended.
Our accessible room request was noted and granted. The staff are extremely efficient and obliging. We have multiple reservations at the Ibis in Valladolid and find it to be an excellent choice on our travels from north to south Spain.

Felt very safe with all the covid precautions in place and staff as always first class. The only comment I would make, is that when sitting up in bed to read, the bed moves away from the wall, so much so, that one ends up lying down, a simple hook and eye system would stop this!

Nothing was too much trouble for the receptionist, the meal,provided for the evening was very acceptable and the breakfast was excellent considering this was included in the price of the room, service excellent.

A tad on the shabby side, could do with a bit of a refurb tbh. Having said that it was spotlessly clean! Covid breakfast was an odd experience but I guess they can only do what they can do under the circumstances. Overall we were just happy it was open & clean!

Free parking. Although there are just a few parking spaces in front there are much more behind the hotel. Shower and bed ok but it's a bit far from the centre. Good service, would def come back.

Location and rooms were good. Evening check in staff were rude and unwelcoming. Restaurant staff service was poor, in a meal deal 2 courses- our second course was forgot about and we had to remind the staff member after 20 mins. A lot after a long of day travel and a rude check in. A very different and disappointing experience from the night before in Poitier, France

Have stayed in a lot of ibis hotels recently, but this one was awful! We were staying for a quick stop over driving through Spain. We arrived in the evening and therefore hungry after our long day of driving. We were asked at check in if we wanted to book the restaurant, but we said we were tired and would rather have a shower then grab something from the bar menu, the receptionist said that would be absolutely fine. When we returned to the bar at 8:20 however the staff there said that we should have booked and now could not book until 9:30! When I explained that we only wanted a snack she said it doesn’t make any difference all the food comes from the same kitchen. She did then go into the kitchen to see if we could order a burger or something, but that said it’s not possible. As you can imagine we were hungry after driving all day but too tired to wait for a table at 9:30 therefore probably not getting our food until about 10:00.

There was a complimentary drink when you arrived. Quick check-in. Unique V layout inside the building. Good quality water. You need to find for your free parking around the blocks. Confusing property signage to locate hotel.

The worst part was the noisy room: if you’re a light sleeper, this hotel is definitely not for you. You hear everything, and the AC that cannot be switched off is infuriatingly loud. On the plus side, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean. A tiny irritating detail: they tell you the towels in the bathroom are provided for free. Why not say that you can lie down in bed for free, or that you can close the door free of charge? :-) There was a discrepancy between what Hotels.com says about the rates for pets (7€) and what you see in the hotel (15€), but they graciously let me pay the rate with which I booked. One receptionist was nice and helpful, another not.

Definitely one of the better Ibis hotels
One of the better IBIS hotels. The location on a busy motorway but surprisingly quiet in the hotel and rooms. There is a market across the road that has a cafe and restaurant which dishes out a cafe style lunch as well formal dining. This hotel is approximately 10 minutes from the town. The hotel restaurant and bar served good reasonably priced meals. There is an Aldi supermarket nearby. Continental breakfast offered for a reasonable cost. Decent size room with comfortable clean bed. The room furniture had good storage space. Bathroom had good shower, sink and toilet and hairdryer. General staff seemed pleasant enough. The Wifi and aircon were excellent. The TV had a few news channels in English. There was no fridge or room safe but generally Ibis hotels do not offer these items. There is free parking in front of the building. This is a great stopover for an overnighter and we would stay again.

Ok as a pit stop.
Just a pit stop on a Sunday night as travelling through. It’s on the edge of town, right opposite the Michelin factory but convenient for roads. Bit of a challenge finding out how to access the Hotel carpark first time - answer is through the Petrol station next door. Decor is all very tired and corridors smelt of cigarette smoke - but it wasn’t dirty as such. Receptionist very helpful in telling us how to get into the centre of town, and where to park for free - so actually had a great night with Sunday eve tapas with the locals. Didn’t try to eat there - but ok if it’s just a bed for the night.

we have stayed here before and on every occasion the stay has been perfect, the only exception being the beds are on the firm side. the food is excellent, both dinner and breakfast are well priced. very little on the negative side

The room was too warm. It was not possible to cool the room without opening the window, unfortunately the hotel is next to a distribution warehouse. The noise was intrusive with the window open. Parking was difficult for me as there was no space at the front of the hotel, the nearest places are to the rear which made unloading the car difficult. The food was adequate although it may have been better if the plate on which it was served had been warm. It quickly became too cold to eat.

We knew we were staying in the outskirts of town, so it was no surprise. My only complaint was the parking facility. It was really tight to park and a struggle to manoeuvre.

The hotel itself was nice. The staff was friendly and the room was what we would expect from an Ibis. Good affordable buffet breakfast. Plenty of parking in the back. The only bad point for us was the intense foul smell from a nearby factory, since the hotel is in an industrial zone. Inside the hotel you don't feel the smell
