"Cottage Inn by the Sea is a gem in Pismo Beach and a place my family and I have been coming back to for years. The oceanfront rooms are hard to beat, and having multiple fire pits (usually 3–4 available) right along the shore makes evenings there extra special. One of the best recent upgrades is the addition of A/C in every room, such a nice bonus and definitely appreciated. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming, which really adds to the experience. They also offer a great selection of complimentary beach gear like chairs, frisbees, footballs, volleyballs, and more, making it easy to enjoy a full day at the beach without bringing everything yourself. It’s a relaxing, family-friendly spot with an unbeatable location. We’ll definitely keep coming back."

"My room was beautiful and clean. My only complaint would be that it was a suite and the only trash can was in the bathroom, which was not convenient from the kitchenette or desk area. "

"Always clean rooms how ever our bed this trip was questionable! Staff is always helpful and polite. Oxford Suites is our go to place and we visit Pismo at least 6+ times a year. "
