Good service. Looks like Barcelona needs to do cosmetic revisions. We had a flood in our room as the result of a broken sprinkler on an upper floor. Food was very good, attentive staff and overall, a very pleasant vacation.

Dont go there

No vip Service. Bad wifi. Awful food. Want to pay for an upgrade and they did not gave it to me. I could not relax with my kids and have a nice vacation

Nice hotel. A little pricey for all inclusive

Aruba is a beautiful place. Hotel is nice. A bit pricey for what it is. The staff was amazing.. the food was the same old thing every day we chose to eat out almost every night for dinner.. returning the beach float by 4pm has to change and I did complain to management.. I should be able to float in ocean for as long as I'd like..also, the towel cards were annoying as well..the drinks were well made and packed a nice punch compared to other alcoholic drinks from other all inclusive that I have visited.

Hotel is good.

Hotel stuff not friendly. Food could be better. Construction during the day,so we can't relux in the room at day time.Not recommend this hotel to my friends.

Ran out of eggs a few days for breakfast. Jacuzzis not working.and missing tiles and sharp edges.

Many updates done but sloppy Couldn't use tub due to dried grout I drain, no sink stopper either in sink, air did not work, making dinner reservations difficult, even when using front desk they say they speak English don't count on it, Hours stated for meals not accurate we waited for it to open for lunch stated 11 am around 11:15 it opened not a big deal unless you need to catch a flight Stated chocolate and flowers - we didn't get thos one day someone banged on our door and gave us 2 apples and a banana Also fridge filled one time when we got there with pop, they never refilled it again filled as in 2 coke Diet Coke and 2 beer Bright spot was the man who sang in the bar at night excellent!!!

Nice Hotel very good location

Pros: Location, italian and japanese restaurant
Cons: There should be some indoor activities in case of bad weather. Food in main restaurant should be improved
Location: Snorkel, beach games, water games, shopping, nice bars at night
The hotel is good, very well located. Just bough by Barcelo group so they are improving some areas

great staff

Pros: clean, conveniently locate
Cons: wifi was limited and not good. more entertainment option in the evening
Location: great beach, lots of things to do right outside the hotel
Very nice hotel. We had a nice family vacation, we loved the service
