Great vacation in a great hotel

Pros: Beautiful grounds with great access to the beach. Renting palapas on the beach was easy and no charge on a first come first served basis. I had no problems getting one every day. Staff was super friendly and helpful, made you feel like they were old friends. Casino in the hotel was adequate to accommodate the crowd. Hotel is situated in a great spot, near shopping and a convenient cab ride away from most restaurants.
Cons: The schedule for room cleaning could be a little more flexible.
Location: Great shopping on either side of the hotel within walking distance. There were water activities right on the beach and easy access to other activities

Unforgettable vacation!

Pros: This resort will forever be special to us as this is where we shared our engagement. The grounds were perfectly kept. Everything you can think of to make your vacation incredible, the Hyatt has already thought of. Our room had an ocean view that was really beautiful, especially sunrise and sunset. Our room was cleaned and maintained daily by housekeeping. All staff members were accommodating and very friendly.
Cons: Incredible hotel. We have absolutely no complaints and nothing negative to report.
Location: Great location. Short taxi ride to most local restaurants. Rent a Jeep, create your own tour and discover the island! Eat local/authentic cuisine!

Wonderful location on a great beach

Location: Plenty of shopping across the street. Beach and watersports activities available for hire on the beach.
We came right after Hurricane Matthew skirted the island. Beaches were affected, however, they were quickly cleaned up. Lots of restaurants right across the street. Convenient shopping as well. Staff was generally good, although room service requests were a little slow. Relatively quiet during the weekend in October we went. Plenty to do on the hotel premises and within easy walking distance. Downtown Oranjestad is a $11 cab ride.

Good hotel, a little below expectations

Good resort, we just had issues with room temperature, AC failed and had to move to other room.

Perfect family vacation

The hotel was fantastic and offered excellent commodities for us and our 1.5 yr old daughter . Excellent staff always with a smile greeting us at breakfast . The included Buffet breakfast was 5 stars! The location on the main strip is an easy walk to great entertainment and places to eat . Amongst all the high rise hotels this is hands down the prettiest . Beats definitely the ritz for esthetics. The grounds are a tropical oasis with emerald green iguanas and turquoise green lizards . Black swans , koi pond , palapas ... The list goes on and on why this is the place to stay when staying in Aruba !!!

Just amazing!

Pros: Everything!
Cons: The only thing that I would love to see are cushion beach chairs
Location: Shopping, restaurants, etc
From the moment we arrived we were so welcomed from all staff! The upgraded room was wonderful. Just an amazing vacation probably one of my favourite vacations so far. Thanks for everything

Friendly Staff/Great Location

Pros: Location, accommodations and staff
Cons: Beds and pillows not comfortable.
Location: Several tops restaurants, water sports, and shopping.
Hotel was in a Great Location. Just a few minuet walk to shops and Restaurants. Hotel staff friendly and attentive.
