The Hyatt is the best hotel to stay at in Palm Beach. Every morning they make sure that every corner of the hotel is clean. Its amazing! The people that work there are extremely nice and want to make sure that you enjoy your stay. Not to mention, that its convienently located near many of the shops and restaurants. We will definately be planning our stay again with the Hyatt Aruba very soon! Cant wait!!!

Pros: Grace at the front desk was very patient and helpful with rooms, nice to have casino there, restaurants were nice as well.
Cons: the pool cleanliness
Location: location was good, in walking distance to alot of things and restaurants
Hotel made mistake charging my cc a large amount which caused me to go to the front desk 4 of the 7 nights I stayed. All in all they were very nice but their error was annoying. I don't want to complain about the hotel because it was nice only issue I found was pool area, not enough staff cleaning used towels, so you never knew if there were chairs available. And at around 4 everyday the pool was very dirty, food, cups, straws always floating around. A cool dip was alittle gross

Hyatt Aruba - every year it gets worse and worse

First time stayed in Hyatt in 2009 with my then bf. Clean rooms, great food, friendly and accommodating staff, amazing drinks, sweet ladies making smoothies. Stayed in 2011, experience was still good but not as amazing as in 2009. Getting palapa a was painful, while on vaca to wake up at 7am to reserve one is rediculous. Forward to 2016. Rooms are outdated, walls are dirty, unaccomdating front desk staff. Food on premesis is rediculously overpriced and disguisting. I would not mind paying that much for good quality food. Beach is covered with boats and you still have to wake up early to reserve palapas Bc their online system of booking doesn't allow you to book. Hotel grounds are still nice although there is foul smell coming from the pond where swans swim. This hotel went from 5 star to 2 star in seven short years. We won't return here again.

Great Hotel and Staff, best location

This was our second time staying here and it did not dissapoint! The Hyatt has the best location on the high rise strip. The staff is always there to help with whatever you need. Noel the bartender was so kind to my family and we were so sad to say goodbye. Definitely a great hotel very clean and comfortable. Food a little pricy but that goes for most of the hotels here.

Our stay was as expected for a stay at the Hyatt. Hotel was close to restaurants and various entertainment. Live music in the hotel was good entertainment at dinner time. Casino was great for late night. Grounds very well kept. Pools and hot tubs area was nice. Felt very safe in the hotel as well as around the area.

Reservation system on the beach and pool

Pros: Room
Cons: System pools chairs reserves and beach
Location: Shopping and casino
The seat reservation system on the beach and pool leaves much to be desired. If you. or reasonable chair vc. You have to stand in line from 06: 30h to start being served to 07: 30h. Most of the day you see towels on chairs with no one. There is need to improve the booking system and occupation.

Beautiful Carribean Hotel Property

Our stay was a wonderful experience. We received a room upgrade after our a/c malfunctioned and the customer service was impeccable. The Hotel is well kept and in a beautiful location. The facilities are great and the on resort restaurants and amenities are top notch. I highly recommend this hotel to families and couples. The swim up bar and water slide add to the fun. The Carribean Sea front location makes this one of the most beautiful spots in Aruba. We are looking forward to going back soon!

A week in Aruba

Pros: Swimming pool, slide, beach, little lake, gym, board walk.
Cons: The system to reserve the cabana and beach chairs at the beach/pool is terrible.
Location: Great location,the beach is great with a lot of activities and close to the hotel you can find many restaurants,small shops(touristic) and flea market
We spent one week in Aruba with our son (6 years). We really enjoyed the Hotel and the activities. We didn't have any meal in the hotel (breakfast, lunch or dinner). Smoothies for lunch long the board walk and dinners visiting restaurants around the island. Our son really liked the swimming pool, the slide, the animals (iguanas, colored lizards and swans). The system to reserve the cabana and beach chairs at the beach/pool is terrible. The web system doesn't work and you have, every day, spend some time in line at 4:00PM to reserve for the day after. A the end a great vacation, Aruba a place to visit again.

Love it. Great experience with family & friends at hotel and great staff. Feel like family atmosphere with staff. Weather was nice and it's like this all year long 80s&90s
