The hotel staff was very friendly, Martin & Natasha will definitely go above and beyond to make sure guest are satisfied. The service around the pool is spotty at best and they have no attendants of any kind on the beach. All the specialty restaurants are very good, but you need to make your reservations for the week the moment you check in. The only real drawback is that the Internet serivice is not included in your package and getting a connection of any kind is next to impossible, but what the heck your on vacation turn off your stinking device and enjoy disconnecting.

missing under garments and sun glasses.Said we could use the internet couldn't get on and said it was broke and wouldn't be fixed for a month because the guy that fixes it was on vacation.They played mind games.One day sewage was all over the ground where we walked.Monday through Thurs day or Friday was hammering for hours-our grandson couldn't take naps was soooo noisy.Would not stay there again!!!!! Food??? I liked the Italian restaurant and the Japenese grill. Mexican made us sick!! Bad shrimp

Hotel is at best average and right on the beach which is wonderful. Thought the hotel staff are nice they are short staff which means you don't always get the right service, even though my husband tipped them well. Activities are basically the same every day. It would be nice if they switched it up and included yoga too. Also, I wished breakfast and lunch would be a little different but it was the same meal everyday. I recommend making recommendations to the specialty restaurants... Italian awesome and great margaritas at the Mexican restaurant. The room was somewhat of a disappointment although we had ocean view which was facing the pool. We had a leak in the toilet and a few other staff were less than desirable. The check in and check out on the 9th Floor went smooth and staff were very friendly.

Pros: I loved the fact that the beach was right there from your hotel room. I stayed at 1st floor where it was just few steps away from the beach.
Cons: I would say staffs(politeness), facilities(cleanness) and overall needs improvements. Also, I was disappointed that they had no MOJITO!!!
Location: We didn't go out of the hotel due to short trip.
This was my first trip to Aruba and I am not sure how other hotels are but overall hotel facility was O.K. Perhaps I expected too much thinking that 4.5 stars should not be a lot different from 5 stars. Also if this was my first trip to an ALL-INCLUSIVE hotel, I would've loved it. They could make few improvements. Lastly I would suggest that the staffs need some training as I felt some what discriminating behaviors. Was it because they do not see too many Asian or something?
